Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) Director, Ann Flood, announced that Michigan will allow health insurers to reinstate canceled policies.
Note – health insurance companies are not mandated to reinstate policies and many major Michigan health insurers are not processing reinstatements.
